The authors investigate the problem on a vortex in the plane flow of ideal weightless incompressible liquid with a free boundary which moves along the wall with a corner point. Discussed are possible schemes for the flows for positive and negative values of vortex circulation. The existence conditions are established for flows with vortex which is not affected by a force.
