In this paper, semi-Riemannian manifolds of recurrent, birecurrent or quasi-recurrent curvature or some generalizations of them are investigated. Among others, a class of manifolds is obtained which contains all birecurrent and quasi-recurrent manifolds. Some examples are also given. The theme is a continuation of the author's earlier investigations [\textit{S. Ewert-Krzemieniewski}, Math. Pannonica 4, 191-203 (1993; Zbl 0806.53014)].
