    Streaming fluid jet, consisting of two coaxial and concentric fluid cylinders, is considered in a self-gravitating tenuous medium of neglible inertia. A general dispersion relation is derived and discussed numerically and analytically. The author shows that the streaming velocity has a strong destabilizing influence and increases the unstable domains for all perturbation modes. Stable/unstable domains are outlined for various fluid densities and coaxial cylinders' radii ratios.
