    A fuzzy filter on a set \(X\) is just a filter in the lattice of all mappings from \(X\) to \([0,1]\). A necessary and sufficient condition for a fuzzy filter to be equal to the intersection of the family of all fuzzy ultrafilters finer than it is given. Fuzzy grills are also considered and characterized in a similar way.
