Quantum \(Sp(2)\) equivalence in the Lagrangian approach for theories that are dynamically equivalent at the classical level is proved. An action is constructed that is dynamically equivalent to the original action, which allows an easy comparison of the Lagrangian and Hamiltonian \(Sp(2)\) quantizations. Existence of a local solution of the \(Sp(2)\) master equation is proved.
