The theory of macrodynamics equations was developed as a tool to investigate dynamical systems far from equilibrium. The paper deals with ordinary differential equations of macrodynamics. Equations are called perturbed macrodynamics equations if the condition of the balance of their kinetic function is satisfied with a certain perturbation (equations with balanced metric function are called original macrodynamics equations). The authors show that both the perturbed and the original macrodynamics systems have the same stationary states if certain conditions on the vector function of the perturbation are met. Note that the general method of macrodynamics can be applied to describe not only thermodynamic processes but also processes of a different kind, for example, chemical, biological and economical. In particular, the authors' results can be used for the study of control systems described by macrodynamics equations.
