Measurements of a magnetic field outside of a plasma are actively used nowadays for analysis of the properties of an axial-symmetry equilibrium of plasma in the tokamac system. In this paper a method of determining the structure of magnetic surfaces near the plasma bound is offered. The method allows to analyze the measured magnetic perturbations outside of plasma in the real time scale and to reconstruct a behaviour of the magnetic islands. A reconstruction of three-dimensional perturbations of the magnetic field in a currentless domain is based on the solution of the Laplace's equation with conditions on the ideal magnetic wall. An approximation method of reconstruction of the topology of the magnetic surfaces is based on the first approximate solutions of the magnetic differential equation.
