The authors consider finite (or infinite) extensions of block Hankel matrix \(H_k(s)\). They study a parametrization of all \(m\)-rows and \(n\)-columns extensions of \(H_k(s)\) with minimal rank (so called MHE problem). Special cases \(m=0\), \(n=1\) or \(m=1\), \(n=0\) are also treated.
