The author proposes a unified approach to geometric, symbol and deformation quantizations on a generalized flag manifold endowed with an invariant pseudo-Kähler structure. In case of positive definite metrics on the manifold the corresponding algebra of Berezin's covariant symbols is obtained, that is, Berezin's Kähler quantization on the manifold is obtained.
