The paper deals with the identification of complex nonlinear dynamic systems, in conditions of prior uncertainty. The system's parameters are supposed to be unknown, and the identification problem solution is obtained without encountering questions about the existence of canonical forms. A regular identification algorithm is developed, using the \(R\)-function technique. The description of the applied approach and the developed algorithm are given in the paper.
