We demonstrate that the renormalized complex, finite Péclet number scaling behavior is observable in finite time using highly resolved Monte Carlo simulations of the underlying stochastic process. This is achieved through the comparison of the mean-squared particle displacement with renormalized diffusion coefficients. The procedure exhibits striking agreement with predictions of homogenization theory, including sensitive mean wind dependence.
