The authors study some basic properties of the small random perturbated dynamical system of Freidlin-Wentzell type. Here the conception of hierarchy and multilevel attractors arises naturally in the behaviour of the perturbed process. A hierarchy structure of attractors is constructed and some further properties of this structure are confirmed.
