The purpose of this paper is to present another proof for \(C^1\) stability conjecture for flows on a compact \(n\)-dimensional \(C^\infty\) Riemannian manifold without boundary \((n>1)\). Using the \(C^1\) connecting lemma and the concepts obstruction, minimal rambling set, the author manages to prove the \(C^1\) structural stability conjecture for flows.
