The periodic boundary value problem for mixed functional-differential equations with perturbation \[ \dot x(t)= b(t,x_t)+ {\mathcal O}(t,x_t),\;0\leq t\leq T,\;x(0)=x(T), \] is considered. The existence of a solution to the above equation is proved with the help of the coincidence degree approach.
