This paper considers singular positive discrete-time linear time-invariant systems. Some properties of the fundamental matrix are brought out. Based on these, new methods for computing this matrix are shown. The definition of reachability for this class of systems is introduced and necessary and sufficient conditions for testing reachability are presented. Simple examples are added to illustrate the main results.
