The author considers the Kříž's urn model (1972) for the PMP-distribution (polytomic-multivariate-Pólya distribution). In this model, each urn is treated separately, with the consequence that the random variables associated with different urns are mutually independent. The purpose of the paper is to demonstrate how the Kříž's scheme can be modified and one obtains an extended model. Possible applications of the proposed urn extended model in some epidemiological situations are suggested, and a simple computer algorithm for simulating the distribution is given. Simulations of the model are run and the results are exposed.
