The convection caused by the concentration of upward swimming micro-organism in a culture fluid is called biconvection. Here the authors study a control problem related to biconvective flows. For a multivalued relation between the mean value and concentration, they obtain necessary conditions for existence and uniqueness of solution for both stationary and nonstationary problems.
