Perfect Graeco-Latin balanced incomplete block designs are combinatorial arrangements of blocks for two sets of treatments that satisfy certain regularity conditions. The known results and some open problems concerning such designs are reviewed. An extensive table of such designs with replication number \(r\leq 20\) is presented.
