Linear discrete-time systems with scalar unknown parameters are considered. The magnitude of this parameter is chosen to be in the range between the quadratic stability radius and the real stability radius. By using parameter-dependent Lyapunov functions, a relaxed set of conditions are obtained for the uniform asymptotic asymptotic stability of the system.
