Cobordism for Hamiltonian loop group actions and flat connections on the punctured two-sphere (Q1297971)

By introducing a notion of fusion product for Hamiltonian loop group manifolds which preserves properness and level of the moment map, the authors develop a symplectic cobordism in analogy with the Hamiltonian cobordism of \textit{V. Ginzburg, V. Guillemin} and \textit{Y. Karshon} [Int. Math. Res. Not. 1996, No. 5, 221-234 (1996; Zbl 0863.57027)]. As applications, formulas for the mixed Pontryagin numbers of the moduli spaces and symplectic volumes are given.
