Consider the neutral functional-differential equation \((*)\) \(\frac{d}{dt} D(t)x_t =f(t,x_t)\) with infinite delay. The author proves an inherence theorem on the uniformly stable operator \(D(t)\), studies the stability with respect to the hull of neutral FDE, and establishes relations between the existence of almost-periodic solutions to \((*)\) and the stability with respect to the hull.
