Curvature analysis of spatial cam-follower mechanisms (Q1301210)

The paper deals with the curvatures at the points of contact of a spatial cam-follower mechanism. Geometrically a cam-follower pair is obtained via the envelope surface of a surface which is undergoing a one-parameter motion. A curvature analysis of the contacting surface pair at the curve of contact is presented.
