Intermediate subgroups of the general linear group that contain the quaternion group (Q1303322)

Let \(F\) be a field of odd characteristic, \(K\) a quadratic extension of \(F\), \(D\) the quaternion division algebra, and \(G=\text{GL}(2,K)\). The author considers the subgroups of \(G\) that contain the matrix representation of the multiplicative group \(D^*\) and gives a description of the rings of multipliers of the intermediate subgroups.
