A self-consistent and abstract definition of the \(q\)-deformed Virasoro and superconformal symmetries is given. Some additional Lie-algebraic symmetries are found to describe a lattice version of the continual theory. Various \(q\)-deformations of free bosons and free fermions are considered in detail. Some relations with the lattice version of the Faddeev-Takhtadjan-Volkov analog of a Virasoro algebra is pointed out.
