This paper is devoted to the study of global strong solutions with small initial data of the Navier-Stokes equations in four- and five-dimensional unbounded domains. The authors give an explicit characterization of the time interval \((0,T)\), where the strong solution exists and then find a priori estimates to show \(T=\infty\) for small initial data. Considerable attention is given to asymptotic behavior of the global solution. Several theorems are proved with less emphasis on physical applications. However, this is an interesting paper.
