The author gives a numerical characterization for Kähler forms on a Kähler compact manifold \(X\). When \(X\) is a surface, thanks to a structure theorem for positive \(d\)-closed currents, he proves a Nakai-Moishezon type characterization of the Kähler cone of \(X\).
