The Kirchhoff's transformation is applied to the nonlinear heat conduction problem in which the heat conductivity can be expressed as a polynomial of temperature. The incubation period superposition and the linear combination law are employed to simulate the transient phase transformation. Finally, the three-dimensional dual reciprocity boundary element method is used to analyse the total process of various heat regimes for components.
