In [Inequalities III, Proc., Los Angeles 1969, 115-119 (1972; Zbl 0292.47007)] the first author introduced the notions of antieigenvalues and antieigenvectors for an operator acting in a Banach space: these turn out to be useful in problems involving the numerical range and accretivity of operator products. Results are presented in the present paper which simplify the computation of the antieigenvalues and antieigenvectors of normal operators in a finite-dimensional Hilbert space.
