The authors recall the fuzzy concepts for sets, topologies, continuity, topological vector spaces, and differentiability. Then the fuzzy \(C^ 1\)-atlas and \(C^ 1\)-manifolds, fuzzy tangent vectors and the tangent vector space at a point are introduced as a natural development of the common classical ideas. Neither examples, nor applications are mentioned.
