The author studies the Jacobson radicals and nil radicals in the hyper- central extensions of a given ring. The author shows that under certain conditions, \(J(R) = J(T(R))R_ 1\), \(\text{Nil}(R) = \text{Nil}(T(R))R_ 1\). Some results which are analogous to central extensions of PI-algebras are obtained.
