The authors investigate closure operators in topological constructs. In particular they investigate various familiar constructs defined by means of convergent filters (resp. sequences) and their subconstructs satisfying natural generalizations of the \(T_ 0\)-, \(T_ 1\)-, and \(T_ 2\)-axiom respectively. They apply their general results to characterize epimorphisms in these constructs and to investigate co-wellpoweredness.
