This paper is a continuation of the \textit{R. Kumar's} work on the fuzzy prime spectrum of a ring [part I, ibid. 46, 147-154 (1992; Zbl 0770.13016)]. The authors develop some basic properties of the fuzzy prime spectrum of a ring. They examine connectedness properties and the Hausdorff property of the fuzzy prime spectrum, as well as questions of dimensionality.
