The authors' summary: We define an \(l_ R\)-space by replacing the compact set by a Lindelöf set in the definition of a \(k_ R\)-space and establish its existence by a number of examples. Then we study the different properties of this new space. We also pose the problem, ``Does there exist an \(l_ R\)-space which is not an \(l\)-space?''.
