The authors consider semicontinuous functions on subspaces of pairwise normal bitopological spaces. A subspace \(A\) of a bitopological space \((X,\tau_ 1,\tau_ 2)\) is called SC-embedded in \((X,\tau_ 1,\tau_ 2)\) if every real-valued \(\tau_ 1\)-lsc-function and \(\tau_ 2\)-usc- function on \(A\) can be extended to a \(\tau_ 1\)-lsc-function and \(\tau_ 2\)-usc-function on \((X,\tau_ 1,\tau_ 2)\). The sufficient conditions for \(\tau_ 1\)-closed and \(\tau_ 2\)-closed subsets to be SC-embedded in \(X\) are given.
