The author studies completely positive one-parameter semigroups with unbounded generators of the Lindblad type which are defined as minimal solutions of the associated integral equations. New and simpler sufficient conditions for the unity preservation for such semigroups are given in terms of relative boundedness of the certain quadratic forms.
