The paper discusses the cosmological singularities under the following assumptions: potential energy of matter contributes to the energy tensor; due to the finite speed of gravitational interaction every motion in space is subject to loss of momentum with respect to the surrounding matter. The author gives arguments that using these assumptions a singularity free universe can be constructed.
