The goal of the paper is to develop the scattering theory for the Hamiltonian \(H = - \Delta - \langle E,x \rangle + V\), where \(V\) is a multiparticle potential. Compared to the problem without the electric potential \(- \langle E,x \rangle\), in the case considered the scattering theory is modified (and, actually, gets somewhat simpler) because charged particles are carried along the direction of the field.
