Using \textit{M. Kashiwara} and \textit{T. Nakashima}'s approach [J. Algebra 165, No. 2, 295-345 (1994; see the preceding review)], the authors give parametrizations of the crystal bases for all finite dimensional irreducible \(U_ q(G_ 2)\)-modules and obtain a combinatorial rule for the tensor product decomposition, which is easily accessible.
