A method is proposed for the determination of suboptimal parameters of nonlinear dynamic systems using Krotov's approach to the construction of a minimizing sequence. This method provides an analytic estimate of the proximity of the calculated parameters to the optimum: an exact solution of the problem being solved is often difficult or impossible to find, a theorem is proved permitting to construct a delta-sequence of parameters being studied at the infinite time interval.
