The cohomology ring of the spaces of loops on Lie groups and homogeneous spaces (Q1322108)

The author computes the cohomology rings \(H^* (\Omega G;\mathbb{Z}/p)\) for all compact simple simply connected Lie groups \(G\) and all primes \(p\). Moreover, the cohomology rings of \(\Omega X\) for some interesting homogeneous spaces \(X\) are computed. The results are of course too complicated to summarize them here. They are, in some sense, the endpoint of a development begun by Bott in 1958.
