Symmetries and drawings of sets of cycles and chromatic automorphisms (Q1322198)

Edge-chromatic automorphism groups of certain coloured graphs are studied. The graphs are obtained as follows: Start with a blue cycle of length \(np\), with vertex set \(V=\{1,2, \dots, np\}\). For \(i=1,2, \dots,p\), let \(V_ i=\{kp+i \mid k=0,1,\dots,n-1\}\). Put a red cycle of length \(n\) on each set \(V_ i\). The edge-chromatic automorphism groups of these graphs are characterized in terms of the associated permutations.
