The nonlinear current generation efficiency induced by low hybrid (LH) waves is calculated as a function of the quasilinear electron diffusivity. The incident wave is taken to be of the intermediate energy density meaning that the electron distribution function did not form a plateau. Yet, the nonlinear effects of the electron diffusion have to be taken into account in calculations of the current.
