This paper presents a numerical study of supersonic viscous flows around axisymmetric bodies at moderately high Reynolds numbers. The authors present a time-dependent marching method for the simplified Navier-Stokes equations. Concerning the full Navier-Stokes equations, they suggest a semi-marching method using updated solution from simplified equations. Separated flows of viscous gas on lateral surface of slender bodies are computed.
