We put forward the concept of the Boks-Stieltjes integral (Stieltjes \(B\)-integral) for writing the general form of linear continuous functionals in the form \[ \ell(f)= \int_T f(\xi)d\mu(\xi) \] on the Lipschitz and Besov classes.
