We develop an approach to investigating the dynamic plastic deformation of doubly connected plates with complex piecewise-smooth contours composed of segments of straight lines and circles. The plates are loaded by explosive or shock loads in the presence of elastic, viscous, or viscoelastic resistance. Solutions for annular and polygonal plates are obtained from the general solution as special cases.
