Quasiperiodic contact problem for an elastic half-plane (Q1326123)

The formulated problem is solved explicitly by the method of the Riemann boundary value problem for a stamp with a countable set of contours. Its solution is obtained in the form of a ``generalized'' Cauchy type integral and of a uniformly convergent series of partial fractions with unknown coefficients, determined from an infinite system of linear algebraic equations that has a unique solution. In certain cases the solution of this system is explicitly found. A numerical example is given.
