We investigate resonance phenomena as applies to spacecraft equipped with a magnetic-gravitational orientation system, which includes a gravitational stabilizer, magnetic damper, and heading gyrostabilizer. The stability conditions of the spacecraft's forced vibrations in the presence of resonances are determined under the condition that the dynamics is described by a system of quasilinear differential equations.
