Presentations of hyperbolic unitary groups over a ring with involution were studied by many authors. The author of this paper constructs a spinor norm on the generalized unitary Steinberg group to give a new presentation for hyperbolic unitary groups over a division ring, consisting of two families of generators and ten relations.
