Summary: The aim is to prove how in the framework of the theory developed in the previous notes [for part IV see ibid., No. 2, 87-98 (1993; Zbl 0785.73017)]\ it is possible to include non self-adjoint problems. It is shown that this is possible when one considers the Dirichlet problem for a non self-adjoint second order elliptic equation with bounded and measurable coefficients. Extensions to more general problems seem very likely.
