\(X\)-\(\theta\)-locally finite refinements and para-\(C\)-compact, almost \(\theta\)-paracompact, and \(\theta\)-para-\(C\)-compact spaces are introduced and investigated. Functions that are \(\theta\)-continuous and have \(\theta\)-closed graphs, in the context of the above spaces, are studied.
